Characteristics

  • Screw-less, self-sealing connection element for steel pipes
  • The sealing chamber is designed so that it seals automatically, even with low internal pressures in the pipe system.
  • To push over on one side, weld-on on the other side with a V-seam
  • Temperature range -10°C to +50°C

Installation and assembly

  • Weld onto the steel pipe with a V-seam
  • Pushing on the other steel pipe
  • Weld push-over end with a fillet weld
  • Destroy O-rings using a welding torch to check the seal

Material

  • Stahl nach Norm DIN EN 10305 / 1, DIN EN 10305 / 2, DIN EN 10216 / 2, DIN EN 10216-1, DIN EN 10217-1 und DIN EN 10305-4 oder gleichwertig.
  • Die Rollringe sind aus Moosgummi (EPDM) DIN 4060 gefertigt.
