We place great importance on a transparent application process. It’s important to us that you have a clear overview of each step. This way, you can prepare optimally for your application and know exactly what to expect.

2 | Application

Have you found an open position that fits you? We look forward to receiving your complete application documents.

3 | Document Review

We are committed to providing applicants with prompt feedback.

4 | Personal Interview

We invite applicants whose documents have impressed us to a personal interview. This usually takes place on-site with our HR Manager and the future supervisor.

5 | Trial Day and Second Interview

Applicants who have convinced us are invited to a trial day to get a better understanding of our work environment and team. Afterward, a second interview is held with our HR Manager and the future supervisor to address any open questions and discuss the next steps.

6 | Employment Contract

If you and we decide to move forward after the trial day and interview, we will prepare the employment contract with the agreed terms for your signature.
