Application
- For the boring of all main pipes under pressure starting from DN 50
- Outlets (standard) 1" to 2", ZAK®
- Larger outlets DN 80 to DN 150
Tapping under pressure
- Der Hawlomat ist geeignet für die Anbohrung von Hausanschlüssen unter Druck
- To main pipes DN 65 - 500
- Outlets DN 1-2" (with special accessories up to DN 100 possible)
Trapping procedure
- Standard case, tapping laterally with slider:
- Mount slider with holding strap on pipe
- Slider fully open
- Mount tapping unit on the slider
- Turn feed nut back (to ensure there is sufficient space for the drill)
- Slide the drill along the main pipe and clamp with locking screw
- Bore powerfully with ratchet, redjust feed nut sensitively
- Flush out swarf with rinsing cock now and again
- Nach erfolgtem Durchstich: Arretierschraube vorsichtig lösen, gleichzeitig die Bohrspindel mit der Hand zurückhalten (wegen Innendruck)!
- Flush through well again, close slider, dismantle device - finished!
