Application
- For the subsequent installation of all screw-socket fittings and shaped parts in existing lines.
The threaded socket is suitable for the following types of pipes:
- Gussrohre
- Mit Standard-Schraubringgarnitur: Schraubring, Kontaktring, Stützring, Dichtring; Schubsicherung (Nr. 5800) aussenliegend - Ecopur cast iron pipes
- Supplied with a standard screw ring assembly. To preserve the external coating, a conical ring (No. 8777) is used in place of the contact ring; external thrust restraint (No. 5800). - PE pipes
- with PE welded end (No. 4524). - The use with natural gas must be specified in order for the required testing according to DIN 3230-5 (PG1 for underground valves and PG3 for valves in installations) to be performed, along with the corresponding certificate of acceptance 3.1 according to DIN EN 10204.
