Characteristics
- Self-sealing connecting element for steel pipes
- The sealing chamber is designed so that it seals automatically, even with low internal pressures in the pipe system.
- To be pushed over on both sides for the same pipe connection dimensions
- Temperature range -10°C to +50°C
Installation and assembly
- Pushing over the welded-on ring on the steel pipe
- Pushing the push-on sleeve over the steel pipes
- Press the seal and the tapered ring in to the seat with screws
- Weld the weld-on rings using V and fillet weld
- Check the seal
Caution
- There are two weld-on rings for every slip-over sleeve. Use 69100500, 6910900600, 6910900700 or 6910900800 depending on the dimensions of the weld-on rings.
Material
- Stahl nach Norm DIN EN 10305 / 1, DIN EN 10305 / 2, DIN EN 10216 / 2, DIN EN 10216-1, DIN EN 10217-1 und DIN EN 10305-4 oder gleichwertig.
- Die Rollringe sind aus Moosgummi (EPDM) DIN 4060 gefertigt.
