Application

  • For thrust-resistant, weld-free connection of PE and PVC pipes according to EN 12201, compatible with all common pipe types made of cast iron and steel, for pipes with varying outside diameters.
  • This connection enables secure and reliable installation even under difficult trench conditions such as water ingress.
  • If used as a loop, remove the pipe stop and chamfer the pipe heavily.
  • Es werden weder Schweissgeräte noch elektrische Energie benötigt.
  • The use of a support sleeve is mandatory only for thin-walled PE pipes (SDR 21) and for vacuum pipelines.

Characteristics

  • A maximum angular deflection of 4° is possible at the Synoflex coupling.

    -Ductile iron EN-GJS-400 (GGG 40)
    -EWS coating according to GSK, RAL-GZ 622, minimum layer thickness: 250 µm

    -Mounted on each individual support element
  • System 2000 thrust protection clamp
    -Brass Ms 58, from DN 300: Rg

    -INOX A2, permanently lubricated with stainless steel anti-rotation device

Caution

  • Bei Faserzement- und Inox Rohren ist die Zugfestigkeit nicht gewährleistet.
  • The maximum insertion depth of the Synoflex coupling must not be exceeded; a gap must be maintained between the pipes.
